If you are looking for a rich, decadent dessert that wonβt derail your health goals, these fudgy low-calorie brownies are a game changer. I orginally thought about ways to enjoy desserts with less calories and I figured, why not just use monkfruit. Anyway I did a little bit of searching and found out that monkfruit is 0 calories! I have a sweet tooth which can be hard to manage when trying to achieve my body goals. I decided to share this recipe with all of you in order to do you all a favor. I really am into healthy eating as well and sugar has so many negative effects on the body. It's bad for your brain, weight gain, and overall a detriment to your health. I dont know about you but I'm going to make this atleast every week. Feel free to make your own changes like adding protein powder and things of that sort. I like getting my protein from red meat so that is why I did not include that here. Feel free to dm me questions on my instagram @derekjohnson__ or my email: derekhenryjohnson@gmail.com. Hope this helps!
